Bio: Brigitte Sinoradzki is the Owner & Founder of Kai Communications & Branding Co., a standout boutique marketing firm intent on doing things differently than most of the competition.
Brigitte has decades of experience in the Marketing field. Born and raised on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, she began her career right after graduating from Muhlenberg College with a Communications degree, working with the likes of Kelly Cutrone of People’s Revolution, the Lighthouse Guild, and more in NYC.
In 2015 she relocated to Palm Beach, and in 2021 decided to give opening her own agency a try. What started as an idea quickly grew to fruition thanks to the referrals that flooded in. The marketing agency currently works with businesses – primarily in the luxury market – nationwide, with clients in Park City, Los Angeles, Florida, and the Northeast.
Brigitte and her team pride themselves on the extraordinary service they provide. No two clients are alike, and over the years, many clients have come to refer to the Kai Comm team as their “marketing department” and have even become dear friends. Despite a commitment to not locking any clients in via long-term contracts, they have yet to lose clients due to performance, and many have been with the agency for almost as long as they have been in business.
Brigitte says, “relationship building is a huge foundation of our business. We get to know our clients to their core, and even pick up on things they may say in passing to incorporate it into their branding. We treat each client with white glove service, and make sure that we are always accessible to them.”
On top of that, building a healthy, happy, and positive company culture is of huge importance. “I want everyone who works for Kai to know they are valued and their opinions are heard. I am a huge advocate for mental wellness. We live in a stressful world, and everyone deserves to work with a team that supports them professionally and personally. I want the Kai team to look forward to work, and always feel motivated and uplifted.”
Brigitte currently lives in Palm Beach, Florida, with her husband, young son, and two adopted dogs. She often travels back “home” to Manhattan to visit her parents and friends. She has big plans for the future of Kai Communications, and it doesn’t look like anything is standing in her way.
