Bio: Cynthia Aisha Meguid, was born in Canada and raised in Sydney, from a mixed Italian, Egyptian and Turkish heritage. As a well-being author, educator, consultant, and coach for over 20 years, Cynthia has positively impacted the lives of countless individuals. Cynthia’s passion for psychology and human communication took root at Sydney University, where she earned her first degree, later followed by master’s degrees in Applied Positive Psychology and Islamic Studies in Australia.
An unwavering dedication has led her to deliver over 200 educational talks, courses, and workshops over the past 2 decades, while also developing a multitude of innovative programs.
