Who is Strength Coach, Natisha Duffy?
Natasha Duffy, BKin (Bachelor of Kinesiology) from UOFC (University of Calgary), has made her mark in the fitness industry with her simple coaching style. During her years of experience spanning 30 years, Duffy has coached clients to build strength, confidence, and resilience. Her background is a good mix of competitive bodybuilding to conquer Tough Mudder and Spartan races, to marathon running.
She was recognized as Impact Magazine’s Top Trainer in 2018 and Top Instructor in 2019. Natisha Duffy has trained Sheldon Kennedy to compete and win Battle of the Blades. He lost 20 lbs. and outperformed other younger competitors. She has also worked with celebrities like Tate McRae, motocross and race car athletes, and professional hockey players.
Natisha’s current passion is to guide women to indulge in good lifestyle habits and have the right mindset so that their midlives will be rewarding. She works diligently to make sure the next generation of fitness instructors and strength trainers are well equipped to take the fitness industry forward and guide others to empower and succeed.
