Bio: Jordin Lynn, the owner and CEO of Advanced Cosmetics Salon and Training Academy situated in Vancouver, Washington, is a seasoned professional in the cosmetic industry. With over 5 years of experience in permanent makeup (PMU), Jordin has not only honed her skills as a master trainer and artist but has also successfully trained thousands of students within the last 4 years.

In addition to her expertise in PMU, Jordin is a multifaceted entrepreneur. She hosts a podcast named “Advanced Podcast” and has recently established a non-profit organization, ‘Almost Fatal,’ dedicated to supporting individuals who have survived almost fatal accidents. Jordin is currently in the process of writing two books: ‘How To Manifest Your Beauty Business in 365 Days’ and ‘Redemption.’

As a NUE Conceal trainer and speaker representing the Northwest, Jordin has received acclaim for her achievements. In 2021, she secured the title of the best permanent makeup salon in her city, along with international awards. Her company has been featured in various magazines across the United States.

Jordin’s influence extends to the speaking circuit, where she serves as the opening motivational speaker for Scottsdale, Arizona’s Permanent Makeup conference and was a speaker at the Women of Color Conference in Atlanta, Georgia, in 2023. Notably, she competes in international competitions for Permanent Makeup, including Milan, Italy.

For the past 4 years, Jordin has conducted training sessions at her academy, covering a range of courses such as the 4-day Brow training, 3-Day Lip Blush training, NUE Conceal stretch mark camouflage and scar revision training, and a beauty business startup course. Jordin’s journey in the cosmetic industry began 5 1/2 years ago when she started as a Microblading artist. Since then, she has built a 7-figure company, opened her own salon and training academy, and garnered recognition for her contributions to the field. Holding a degree in art from college, Jordin’s early experiences as a freelance makeup artist and missionary laid the foundation for her passion in the cosmetic industry.

Jordin’s story takes an inspiring turn as she became a motivational speaker, specializing in overcoming adversity, following a major accident in 2022. Falling 19 feet off a building, she not only survived but also faced a challenging recovery period. Despite being unable to walk and spending 7 months in a wheelchair, Jordin persevered by teaching herself to walk and naturally healing her body. Throughout this ordeal, she continued to pursue her passion and career by performing brow and lip blush procedures, as well as training students from her salon in her wheelchair. This remarkable journey ultimately led her to become a motivational speaker, sharing her experiences of resilience and triumph over adversity.
