Bio: Leah Bernath, Leader/CEO of Your Best Self, LLC, is a leading Success Coach and Consultant, helping her clients thrive amidst difficulties, unleash their intrinsic power, boost their careers and relationships, and actualize their dreams. Drawing from her vast foundation of wisdom, experience, and expertise, she empowers her clients to fulfill their desires. With a diverse career and over 20 years as a multidisciplinary expert in interior design, commercial real estate, entrepreneurship, life coaching, and health and fitness, Leah has created success, despite enduring many life changes. Her mission is to elevate women to embody their ‘best self’ to achieve the success and abundance they desire personally and professionally, without limitations.
Leah’s challenging personal journey and subsequent transformation coupled with her desire for a deeper life purpose inspired her to launch a female-focused empowerment consulting business in 2020. In 2016 Leah left her marriage, got divorced, became a single parent with limited resources, re-entered the corporate workplace, navigated a career, began a new life, overcame anxiety and depression, and healed emotional traumas. Though she had cultivated notable success in her career, Leah eventually hit a plateau personally and professionally, leading her to invest in several coaches, propelling her forward on her journey. Through this practice, she witnessed the power of mindset coaching, helping her dive deeper into self, remove barriers and limiting beliefs, and expand in mind, body, and soul to heighten her power. The subsequent transformations that occurred mingled with her passion for lifting others, led her to pursue the field of coaching and create Your Best Self, LLC. At her core, Leah is highly focused on the success of others and believes every woman has the power to BE, DO, and HAVE whatever they deeply desire.
As a certified Intuitive Health, and Life Coach (ICF), Leah apply various modalities and techniques including; The Five Foundational Principles of Power, NLP, EFT, rapid trauma relief, guided imagery, breathwork, and energy healing techniques, to help others connect deeply to their core and actualize their full potential. She has coached and consulted dozens of national and international CEOs, c-suite executives, companies, individuals, and organizations, and leads motivational speaking engagements, on-on-one, and group coaching courses, with a specialized focus on building character and culture through personal development, overcoming barriers to success, limiting beliefs, unleashing your intrinsic power, conquering career and life burnout, developing leadership presence, and more. Leah is an ongoing, executive contributor for Brainz Magazine and has been seen in NY Weekly, Entrepreneurs Herald, and HERS Muscle & Fitness Magazine. As her platform continues expanding, Leah will host corporate and women’s retreats, author a book series, launch a podcast, and birth a non-profit, bringing affordable coaching services to women of all economic backdrops.
