According to Paola, digitalization is part of sales growth and allows savings in operating costs. It was one of the biggest wins of all time for her creative endeavors and problem-solving approaches.
Currently, she is leading the commercial area of FACTOR REALTORS, a department formed by a team of trained investment advisors and a high-level digital marketing team. FACTOR is an EPCM with 25 years of experience that advises its clients on aspects like finance, permits, construction, etc. to ensure the efficiency and success of real estate development. The company focuses its activity on accompanying real estate investors from the property acquisition phase to the delivery of the completed project.
With Factor, Paola has been able to lead and grow the company’s commercial team in no time.
