Bio- Paul Nam is an innovative entrepreneur who is continually learning and adapting to the growing trends of the health, fitness and wellness industry. He has built a successful career as a fitness coach and by focusing on the design of products that optimize personal fitness goals. Paul is recognized as one of the top trainers in Canada in 2021 and 2022. He owns a fitness studio called TheWorkoutLoft and is also the founder of the company, NutriLoft Fitness. Paul is an author of nineteen fitness books. He is a developer of five fitness apps. He is the creator of two fitness courses, and has developed a weight loss product. Furthermore, Paul is also a social media influencer for various fitness companies.
TheWorkoutLoft is a mutli-disciplinary fitness and wellness studio located in Toronto which focuses primarily on personal training and group fitness. Professionalism, experience, and personal safety is what separates his studio from other fitness studios. In 2013, this studio won the Diamond Standard Award by Readers Digest for Toronto.
Paul has been in the fitness industry for almost twenty five years. He attended Niagara College and obtained a Health Science Degree. His love and passion for bodybuilding started at the age of eighteen, and through his peverance, he became the Junior Mackenzie Bodybuilding Champion at nineteen years old. Since then, he has competed in over twenty five Bodybuilding Fitness and Martial Arts Competitions. He has trained in Olympic style boxing, Brazilian Jui-jitsu, Muay Thai, Wrestling, and holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.This led him to compete at a national level for two different bodybuilding federations. Paul has had a highly successful career in bodybuilding and now has retired from it.
Paul believes in giving back to the community. Every year he teams up with surrounding businesses during the Christmas season to organize a food drive for the homeless shelters. He also donates various services to school raffles so they can raise money to help children who are less fortunate.
