Through this Podcast, Tamie exposed the dark underbelly of a scandal involving Ohio State University Wrestlers and the complicit behavior of Representative Jim Jordan. Through her interviews with survivors of Dr. Strauss, a former team doctor accused of abuse, Tamie shed light on the culture of silence that pervaded the wrestling program and beyond. The conversation aims to shed light on the harrowing experiences of these survivors, the systemic failures of the universities involved, and the urgent need for awareness, accountability, and change.

As a result of the Podcast, Tamie wrote her first bill, the initial entry in a series of nine. The urgency for the bill was ignited due to her chilling conversations with OSU Survivors and is entitled: The Comprehensive Sexual Abuse Prevention and Accountability Act.
