Miss Tocarra Owens is the Founder and CEO of Npowered Designs & Companies LLC.
She’s a warrior and a true believer in the Kingdom of God. Also, devoted-loving mother, motivational speaker, serial entrepreneur, and podcast owner (Women Setting The Tone) which is currently available now on all major platforms. She’s also known for being a philanthropist in her community.
Ms.Owens has a background in the medical field in motivational speaking which has created a new perspective in life for her and many of those connected to her. Faced with many trials and tribulations throughout her journey she used them to empower her to become one of the most hardworking, resourceful, dedicated servants you’ll ever come across.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, working out, reading books, shopping, and feeding the homeless. Working on her podcast which debuts every Sunday afternoon. She finds so much joy in being the voice with the reason for the people of the community.
Tocarra’s mission is to help others invoke their light in Jesus Christ using her creativity and God-given talents. She plans to move forward with the non-profit organization that she has started called (The Shelter in Honor of Theresa Bryan Foundation) her late mother. The non-profit was created to rehabilitate the lives of others that are in need. Supplying them with the resources that are needed to reconstruct their lives completely.
She believes that when your foundation is created by God and with his word you won’t fail. God will create your strategy that will help restore hope and rebuild faith amongst the people of the world.
